The role: The Resident Services Associate will be based at a high-end residential development in Cardiff.
They will act as the first point of contact for residents, always delivering excellent customer service.
The role also includes front-of-house duties, conducting viewings, supporting the lettings process and organising resident events.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, with one Saturday in three, and one day off in lieu.
Responsibilities: Deliver excellent front-line customer service, including reception, meet greet, parcel handling, inspections, lettings viewings and resident support in person, by phone and email.
Manage resident move-ins and move-outs, including property inspections and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Handle resident enquiries and complaints, escalating issues where appropriate.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of resident services.
Support front and back of house operations, amenity spaces, void management, tenancy administration and income management.
Manage amenity space bookings and coordinate cleaning where required.
Assist with the lettings process from offer acceptance through to move-in.
