The Company: A leading property management company is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its team on a Build to Rent development in Cardiff. This is an opportunity to work within a well-established business, delivering a high standard of service across a premium residential site.
The Role: The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day maintenance across apartments and communal areas, ensuring the building is maintained to a high standard and residents receive an excellent service.
- Completing maintenance tasks in response to resident requests.
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs in line with company standards.
- Inspections and general upkeep of apartments and communal areas.
- Maintaining accurate records and completing service documentation.
- Delivering a high level of customer service to residents.
- Working collaboratively with the onsite team.
- Ensuring all work complies with health & safety policies and procedures.
The Candidate: Previous experience in property maintenance. Strong understanding of building services and general maintenance. Knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Positive, proactive attitude with a team-focused approach.
