Business Development Executive

We are delighted to be working with a market-leading company to find them an ambitious and driven Business Development Executive to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the UKs largest property and landowners, identifying and securing high-profile billboard sites, windowfront projections, and digital screens in key locations.

You must be self-motivated, with a strong background in sales and business development. While previous advertising experience isnt required, a background in commercial property, estate agency, or a similar sector is highly desirable.

As a Business Development Executive you\’ll be responsible for:

• Identifying and securing new billboard, windowfront, and digital screen locations.
• Researching and assessing potential site acquisitions.
• Building and maintaining relationships with property owners and landlords.
• Negotiating lease terms and managing contracts.
• Managing a sales pipeline and tracking performance metrics.
• Overseeing planning applications and site development projects.
• Conducting business development and networking activities to grow the portfolio.

As Business Development Executive, you will receive the following:

• Basic salary up to £30,000 (dependent on experience)
• Plus, Commission
• Monday Friday
