Our client is an award-winning property finance company based, Mill Hill, NW London. They pride themselves on honesty with their focus being building long standing and meaningful relationships with developers and brokers across the UK.
As the Business Development Consultant, you will be:
- Travelling UK meeting with clients and developing long-term relationships.
- Responsible for selling finance and managing the process, which will partly include visiting developers onsite.
- Proactively engage with prospective clients (developers, investors, agents, and brokers) throughout the UK.
- Attend regular events (UK wide) to network and build contacts within the property development industry and associated sectors.
- Update the management team regularly of your successes, pipeline, and business development plans.
You will receive the following:
- £30,000 Basic Salary
- Commission
- £50,000/£60,000 Year 1 OTE
Required Skills:
You will need right attitude and personality will be successful. You do not have to come from the property finance and/or development industry, but you do have to be confident, proactive, and professional. You must also have a solid and demonstrable track record of sales in industries, such as, insurance or financial service products. You will be highly numerical and good attention to detail.
