The role: The Resident Services Associate will be based on a high-end residential development in Bristol. The RSA is responsible for being the first point of contact for residents, always providing excellent customer service. The RSA will also be responsible for carrying out front of house duties, viewings, assisting with the smooth running of the lettings process and organising events. Working hours are Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday every three weeks with a day off in lieu. Responsibilities: Deliver excellent front-line customer service, including reception, meet greet, parcel handling, inspections, lettings viewings and resident support in person, by phone and email. Manage resident move-ins and move-outs, including property inspections and ensuring a seamless customer journey. Handle resident enquiries and complaints, escalating issues where appropriate. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of resident services. Support front and back of house operations, amenity spaces, void management, tenancy administration and income management. Manage amenity space bookings and coordinate cleaning where required.
