The company: An award winning, leading Build to Rent operator.

The role: The Facilities Manager will be based on a high-end Build to Rent development in South London. The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the building meets standards of safety, appearance and overall functionality.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage a team of Maintenance professionals.
  • Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work.
  • Carry out building inspections.
  • Supervise maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure health & safety and compliance requirements are met.

The person: Prior experience as a Facilities Manager within residential property. Comprehensive understanding of building maintenance and H&S compliance. IOSH/NEBOSH.
