A leading Build-to-Rent developer/operator is seeking a BTR Assistant Manager to be based on a high end Build-to-Rent site in Liverpool. The BTR Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the on-site team and overseeing day to day operations.
Location: Liverpool
Salary: Β£35,000 - Β£40,000
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Responsibilities include:
- Managing an on-site team of 10.
- Hiring, training and developing staff.
- Carrying out property inspections, walk rounds and inventories to ensure high standards.
- Overseeing day to day operations including leasing, customer service and events.
- Delivering excellent customer service to residents.
- Maximising revenue streams.
The person:
- Experience in a similar role within BTR, property or hospitality.
- Experience leading on site teams.
- Have a good understanding of running a BTR property.
