Acquisition Consultant

Are you an ambitious, confident and dedicated individual, with a keen eye for residential property investment? Collins Property Recruitment are working with a successful and well-established investment firm in their search of a property professional. The Acquisitions Consultant\’s role will be based in West Hampstead, Monday to Friday, and is to identify and capitalise on promising investment prospects across the UK.

The Acquisitions Consultant\’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Utilising your extensive experience to discern and secure new residential property investments
• Overseeing and advancing multiple investment transactions
• Evaluating acquisition plans and strategies for key locations
• Crafting and presenting comprehensive proposals to the CEO for approval

The Acquisitions Consultant\’s package:

• Basic – £40,000 – £50,000,
• Realistic OTE – £60,000 – £80,000
• Monday – Friday Only

Experience required:

• Demonstrable track record of successful residential property acquisitions across the UK
• Proven skills in identifying, securing, and managing investments
• Proficiency in transaction management and strategic planning
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
