We are delighted to be working with a highly reputable estate agency to find them an experienced Sales Manager for their busy Fulham Broadway office. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Senior Negotiator or Assistant Manager looking to step up into a leadership role. You will be responsible for driving performance, winning instructions, and delivering strong results in a competitive West London market.
The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, highly organised, and confident managing both clients and team performance.
- Driving branch performance and achieving sales targets
- Managing the full sales process from instruction to completion
- Monitoring market trends and advising clients accordingly
- Experience as a Senior Sales Negotiator, Assistant Manager or Sales Manager
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence
Competitive basic salary (dependent on experience), attractive commission and bonus structure, and car allowance.
