Collins Property Recruitment is working on behalf of a growing property business to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Manager to manage a diverse and expanding portfolio of 15+ commercial and residential properties.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property professional to take full ownership of the portfolio and play a key role in its continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full day-to-day management of the commercial and residential portfolio.
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants and deal with queries and property issues.
- Carry out regular property inspections.
- Manage new leases, renewals and rent reviews.
- Coordinate contractors and maintenance works.
- Work closely with the accounts team on rent, invoices and property-related finances.
- Maintain accurate property and tenant records.
- Liaise with solicitors, agents, surveyors and other professional advisers.
- Support the onboarding and management of new properties as the portfolio continues to expand.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in property management, with strong commercial property experience.
- Experience managing a portfolio of commercial properties.
- Confident dealing with tenants, contractors and professional advisers.
- Good understanding of leases, renewals and general property management.
- Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
- Surveying experience or a relevant surveying qualification would be highly beneficial.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of a growing portfolio.
The Opportunity:

- Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience.
- Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, with occasional Saturday on-call cover.
