Lister / Department Head

We are delighted to be working with a leading estate agency to find them an experienced and ambitious Lister / Sales Department Head for their Islington office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate agent to take on a senior role at one of the UK biggest offices with a focus on driving new business, achieving personal targets and helping to develop the performance of the wider sales team.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Driving the generation of new business and developing opportunities
• Achieving personal sales, listing and revenue targets
• Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, colleagues and local contacts
• Supporting the office with a commercial understanding of profitability and P&L
• Maintaining high standards across compliance and internal audit requirements
• Identifying opportunities for cross-referrals across the wider business

As Lister / Sales Department Head, you will receive:

• £30,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary
• Competitive commission structure
• £80,000 - £100,00 OTE
• Company car or car allowance

Experience & skills you’ll need:

• Experience within a busy estate agency or residential sales environment
• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve personal targets
• Commercially astute with the ability to maximise opportunities and minimise risk
• Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and support those around you
• Strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• A full and clean UK driving licence
