A leading Build to Rent company is seeking a Resident Host for a high-end residential (Build to Rent) development in London. Working hours are four days on, four days off, between the hours of 07:00 – 19:00
The role:
The Resident Host liaises with residents and always delivers excellent customer service. They also carry out front-of-house duties, serve as the first point of contact, and support building maintenance and tenancy administration.
Responsibilities include:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents
- Act as first point of contact for residents, respond positive to customer queries and complaints
- Front desk duties including signing in visitors to the building, parcel management and allowing access for contractors
- Log communication with residents
- Support the organisation and execution of events, creating a community
- Building inspections
- Carry out administrative support including logging maintenance requests and updating databases
- Follow health & safety procedures
- Chase outstanding rent arrears
- Raise purchase orders
The person:
- Highly organised and able to multitask
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proven experience in property, resident services, guest relations, hospitality or sales
- Ability to build long lasting relationships
