We are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join one of London’s leading agencies in Hammersmith/Shepherds Bush. The right candidate will need to be extremely enthusiastic, hard-working, and driven, and in return you will have excellent earning and development potential.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out viewings with prospective purchasers.
- Represent the vendors in negotiation with prospective buyers.
- Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market.
- Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite, and respectful manner.
- Handle daily applicant enquiries from websites, calls, and visits and from the main office ensuring accurate details are provided.
- Follow sales through to exchange and completion.
The offer:
- £30,000 Basic Salary
- £5,000 Car Allowance
- Commission + Guarantee
- £80,000 - £100,000 OTE
About you:
- 2/3 years’ experience in an estate agency.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- A confident outgoing personality.
- Driving license.
