The role:
Based on a high-end residential development in North-West London, the Night Concierge is responsible for providing a warm welcome to all residents and visitors, responding to enquiries and complaints, organising building access and carrying out building patrols. Working Hours: 7pm-7am. 4 on / 4 off
Responsibilities:
- Handle all front of house incoming calls and enquiries, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment to all residents and guests
- Log any visitors or deliveries
- Interact with residents to obtain feedback
- Ensure a daily log is kept of any incidents, requests or shift handovers
- Check and action emails and requests regularly in a timely manner
- Assist tenants with apartment move-ins and move-outs
- Complete apartment and appliance inductions
- Undertake daily and weekly building inspections
- Ensure maintenance requests are actioned
- Ensure building is safe, record all safety checks and activity logs
- Establish and develop working relationships with suppliers and contractors
- Manage parcels at front desk
- Carry out regular floor walks and security checks
- Maintain and manage petty cash float
About you:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working in a Concierge role within property or hospitality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team player
- Organised and self-motivated
