We are delighted to be working with a leading estate agency to find them an experienced and ambitious Lister / Sales Department Head for their Islington office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate agent to take on a senior role at one of the UK biggest offices with a focus on driving new business, achieving personal targets and helping to develop the performance of the wider sales team.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Driving the generation of new business and developing opportunities
- Achieving personal sales, listing and revenue targets
- Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, colleagues and local contacts
- Supporting the office with a commercial understanding of profitability and P&L
- Maintaining high standards across compliance and internal audit requirements
- Identifying opportunities for cross-referrals across the wider business
As Lister / Sales Department Head, you will receive:
- £30,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary
- Competitive commission structure
- £80,000 - £100,00 OTE
- Company car or car allowance

Experience & skills you’ll need:
- Experience within a busy estate agency or residential sales environment
- Proven ability to generate new business and achieve personal targets
- Commercially astute with the ability to maximise opportunities and minimise risk
- Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and support those around you
- Strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A full and clean UK driving licence
