An excellent opportunity for a Process Engineer to join a highly technical, regulated manufacturing environment in Tralee. This role suits a hands-on engineer with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on process performance, reliability and continuous improvement.This position is 100% onsite in Tralee.Role & ResponsibilitiesSupport DCS/control systems, ensuring performance, compliance and data integrity.Troubleshoot process, equipment and control-system issues and implement sustainable solutions.Manage CAPAs and support investigations into recurring technical issues.Identify and deliver process optimisation, cost, waste and energy-reduction initiatives.Lead or support Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement activities.Monitor and report engineering and manufacturing performance metrics.Support technology transfer, commissioning and implementation of new equipment, processes and control systems.Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality and other technical teams.Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO, Health & Safety and environmental requirements.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Engineering, ideally Chemical or Biochemical Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.Process engineering experience within a regulated manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment and troubleshooting.Technical experience in areas such as filtration, purification, control systems, validation and instrumentation.Ability to independently progress engineering projects and resolve complex technical issues.Strong analytical, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent continuous improvement experience.For a confidential discussion and more information on the role, please contact Kevin Griffin(021) 2427108
