An excellent opportunity for a Process Engineer to join a highly technical, regulated manufacturing environment in Tralee.

This role suits a hands-on engineer with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on process performance, reliability and continuous improvement.

Role & Responsibilities Support DCS/control systems, ensuring performance, compliance and data integrity.

Identify and deliver process optimisation, cost, waste and energy-reduction initiatives.

Monitor and report engineering and manufacturing performance metrics.

Support technology transfer, commissioning and implementation of new equipment, processes and control systems.

Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality and other technical teams.

Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ideally Chemical or Biochemical Engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.

Process engineering experience within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment and troubleshooting.

Ability to independently progress engineering projects and resolve complex technical issues.
