About the Role
We’re looking for a Sous Chef to help lead the Main Kitchen of a UK leading and globally renowned 5 Star hotel, which holds multiple Michelin Keys. By ensuring the culinary standards remain high, you will contribute towards the exceptional reputation that the hotel has already established. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with an experienced Executive Chef, and inspiring leadership team who will support with your continued career development and potential onward progression.

The Person
A stable track record and experience as a Sous Chef (or a Junior Sous Chef ready for progression) within a multi-outlet high-end hotel, ideally combined with time spent within quality restaurants is desired. This needs to be accompanied with a sound knowledge of European cuisine using classical and modern cooking techniques. A positive leader who will help to develop, train and help to retain a large team of Chefs. The desire to positively promote the company values and work collaboratively with departmental leadership team. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
