My client is launching a new, high-profile entertainment and broadcast venue. This is a unique, multi-faceted space incorporating a live music space, film premiere capability and a premium café/bar offer. The venue will host a curated programme of private events, including live performances and industry-led experiences.

We are seeking a highly hands-on Venue Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day running of the space and support its launch.

The Role

Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will take operational ownership of the venue, overseeing a small core onsite team (4–5 people) and coordinating agency staff during event delivery. This is not a desk-based management role. We are looking for someone confident rolling up their sleeves — equally comfortable managing suppliers, briefing security, liaising with talent representatives and ensuring seamless guest experience.

The venue will operate a daily function, with approximately 2–3 live events per month, including high-profile talent and guest lists.
