A leading corporate caterer in the City of London is looking for a talented Sushi/Japanese Chef to work in a fine-dining and hospitality kitchen at a financial institution in the heart of the City. You will be working alone, creating authentic Japanese sushi, bento boxes, sushi masterclasses, and noodles. Due to the different clientele, you must also be able to create Western-style sushi dishes. This position involves working Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm each day, with occasional evenings for paid events.
