The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sous to work closely with an experienced Head Chef at a prominent cultural and heritage venue in Central London.

Average of 48 hours per week – including weekends. 10% wage bonus if targets are hit. Must only work on average 2 nights a month. Early starts early finishes. Genuine opportunities for future professional development.

Responsibilities
  • Instrumental in the overall running of the kitchen, overseeing production for up to 800+ covers, and taking full responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Work with quality ingredients. Everything is made in-house to a high standard.
  • Opportunity to work with the Head Chef and contribute ideas for new menus.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Senior Sous/Sous Chef within busy production kitchens.
  • Inspirational leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a close-knit team of 10-12 Chefs.
  • Organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail vital to maintaining excellence.
  • Good financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing.
  • Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
