We are currently recruiting for a Senior Chef de Partie at an established, independently owned Gastro Pub on Portobello Road. The venue comprises several indoor dining and event spaces and serves a quality British menu that is not overworked. As Chef de Partie, you’ll contribute to the effective running of the kitchen by leading a section and helping to ensure exceptional standards and reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a kitchen section, maintain outstanding food standards, and support overall kitchen operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or a Chef De Partie, ready for progression, within a quality hotel or restaurant is required.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential; the rota will entail 48 hours per week over a mixture of shifts.
