About the Role

I’m working on a very exciting Restaurant Manager opportunity within a luxury, experience-led hospitality concept launching in London this March. This is a permanent Restaurant Manager role, starting ASAP. It’s a brilliant chance to join at launch phase and really make your mark.

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead a premium dining operation in a truly distinctive setting, driving service standards, managing a team of 10 (5 on rota at a time), and delivering a seamless, high-end guest experience. It’s hands-on, floor-led and very detail-focused. The role will involve extensive travel as part of the operation, including periods of consecutive days away, with accommodation provided during service. The operational base is Battersea, so ideally London-based.

About You

  • You are currently working as a Restaurant Manager, or a strong AGM ready to step into a Restaurant Manager position.
  • Background as a Restaurant Manager within luxury restaurants, hotels or private members’ clubs.
  • Confident leading a team as a Restaurant Manager and setting clear standards.
  • Strong understanding of F&B cost control, stock management and rota planning.
  • Calm, polished and guest-focused.
  • Detail-oriented with a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Looking for a long-term Restaurant Manager role within a premium concept.
