With a mix of restaurant, bar, events, and retail, the business attracts a wide range of guests from corporate clients to tourists and loyal regulars. They are now looking for a Regional Sales & Marketing Manager to oversee two key London sites.
Role
A sales-led role (70%), focused on driving revenue, leading a team, and building strong client relationships across both locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Sales & Marketing Managers across both sites.
- Drive revenue through events, group bookings, and corporate business.
- Build relationships and bring in new business.
- Support local marketing activity.
- Act as the link between the London teams and senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong hospitality sales background.
- MICE experience (events, group bookings, trade shows).
- Team management or leadership experience.
- Good knowledge of the London market.
- CRM experience (Tripleseat/OpenTable a plus).
- Confident, proactive, and commercially minded.
