An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sous Chef to help lead the kitchen of this popular restaurant and rooftop terrace, which is part of a reputable group.

Package of up to £55,000 per annum 45-48 hours per week (mixture of shifts) Prominent Central London location

Specialising in seasonal Italian/Mediterranean cuisine using the finest ingredients, everything is produced in-house, including fresh pasta.

You’d be helping to lead a kitchen team of 15 Chefs, overseeing services for up to 200 covers served from a brand-new open-plan kitchen.

The Senior Sous Chef will support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ordering, stock control, and the recruitment and development of the junior Chefs.

The restaurant offers a comprehensive benefits package that will be detailed during the application stages.
