They are looking to recruit a Mobile General Catering Manager who is passionate about food and saving the planet, driven by quality service, and eager to be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to culinary excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Support in daily operations across café, hospitality and staff dining in various locations, offering cover during holidays, absence and new mobilisation.
- Build relationships with clients, customers and team members.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly adhered to across all locations.
- Develop and execute operational strategies.
- Oversee location finances.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Contract Catering experience from the B&I market with a finger on food trend.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
