We are seeking an exceptional Head of Hospitality to lead and elevate the hospitality experience within a prestigious corporate head office environment in the City. As a senior leader within a contract catering business, you will be responsible for delivering a world‑class hospitality service that reflects both the company high standards and the expectations of a high‑profile corporate client. This is a strategic and operational role requiring commercial acumen, creativity, and a passion for excellence.
The Role
- Lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing hospitality team
- Oversee all hospitality operations including executive dining, fine dining, events, conferencing, and VIP services
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and client leadership teams
- Drive innovation in food, service, and guest experience
- Manage budgets, P&L, forecasting, and cost controls to deliver strong financial performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies
- Champion sustainability, wellbeing, and responsible sourcing initiatives
