We are looking for a visionary, highly organized, and passionate culinary leader to take full ownership of the kitchen. You will drive culinary excellence across a diverse range of daily services, ensuring high standards of food quality, commercial retail presentation, and customer service are executed with precision and flair.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, inspire, and develop a large kitchen brigade of 16, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Oversee the seamless delivery of daily retail catering services, maintaining impeccable standards of fresh food quality and commercial display for over 1,000 daily transactions.
- Design and execute innovative, cost-effective retail menus that appeal to a diverse customer base and maximize daily sales.
- Take full accountability for kitchen financials, including food GP, stock control, and supplier management, while strictly upholding the highest standards of food safety, health and safety, and allergen compliance.
