About the role

We’re working with a prestigious luxury brand to find a Head Butler for their London flagship boutique. This is a very hands-on role, leading a small team of butlers and being fully present on the floor. You’ll oversee the full client journey, ensuring everything feels seamless, discreet and well executed. You’ll also work closely with the wider team to keep the operation running smoothly, while managing rotas, day-to-day organisation and overall service standards.
