An opportunity has arisen for a Chef De Partie for a popular Modern British restaurant, which is part of a reputable group. As Chef De Partie, you’ll contribute to the effective running of the kitchen by leading a section, helping to ensure the exceptional standards and reputation.

The restaurant has an all-day dining menu and serves seasonal British cuisine using the finest ingredients, everything is produced in house. You’d be working within a kitchen team of 10, overseeing services of up to 120 covers + PDR functions.

  • Previous experience as a Chef De Partie within a busy restaurant or a Demi Chef ready for progression.
  • A passion for seasonal British cuisine and high-quality dishes.
  • Reliable and organised to be able to maintain standards throughout service.
  • Proficient knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety.
  • Availability to work a mixture of shifts throughout the week, averaging 38-42 hours with reasonable start/finish times.
