We have an opportunity for a Chef de Partie at a vibrant London restaurant within a reputable group. Specialising in seasonal Italian/Mediterranean cuisine using the finest ingredients, everything is prepared in‑house, including fresh pasta.

Package: £13 – £14 per hour + service charge; 48 hours a week with a mixture of shifts. Total package £40k – £42k+.

You would be part of a kitchen team of 10 chefs, serving up to 150 covers from a new open‑plan kitchen. As Chef de Partie, you’ll contribute to the effective running of the kitchen by leading a section and helping to ensure exceptional standards and reputation.
