The role of Junior Sous Chef is a fantastic opportunity to join a recently opened restaurant near Liverpool Street, working closely with an experienced Executive Chef and Founder who are passionate about sustainability, innovative flavour combinations, and fermentation.

Responsibilities

As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll be instrumental in the overall running of the kitchen, overseeing fast‑paced services for up to 150+ covers. You’ll work with exceptional ingredients to cook quality, fresh dishes that are well thought out.

  • Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef within high‑end restaurants is needed; the environment is more relaxed than many fine‑dining establishments.
  • Foodie passion and a dedication to using the best produce.
