My client is seeking an accomplished and strategic Head of Sales to oversee the sales and business development function across two iconic London venues — one in Central London and one in West London. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving commercial growth, expanding market presence, and building strong, long-term partnerships within the corporate and agency events sector. You’ll take full ownership of the proactive sales strategy, lead on high-value client relationships, and work closely with internal teams to ensure both venues deliver exceptional results.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to deliver sustained revenue growth across both venues.
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities from corporate, agency, and direct clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, event planners, and agencies.
  • Lead on bespoke proposals, negotiations, and high-value pitches.
  • Represent the venues at key industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless client journey and aligned brand messaging.
