Role Overview

Join one of London’s premier corporate sites as a Head Chef, leading a high‑volume, dynamic food service operation. We are looking for an organized and visionary culinary leader to oversee multiple diverse food concepts, ensuring exceptional quality and consistency for a high‑profile clientele.

Remuneration & Schedule

Salary: £50,000 per annum. Bonus: 10–12% annual bonus potential. Schedule: Monday to Friday. Hours: 40‑hour contract. Volume: Fast‑paced environment handling approximately 350 breakfast and 800 lunch transactions daily.

Team

Lead a structured brigade of 21 staff members, including 13 chefs and 8 kitchen porters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and elevate multiple vibrant food stations—Street Live Cooking, Asian Live Cooking, a Mediterranean protein & healthy station, and a premium sandwich offer.
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a skilled kitchen team.
  • Ensure every station is stocked with the finest ingredients and dishes are presented consistently and excellently.
  • Maintain seamless daily operations, strict food safety standards, and high efficiency during peak service times.
