Remuneration & Schedule
- Salary: £50,000 per annum.
- Bonus: 10–12% annual bonus potential.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Hours: 40‑hour contract.
- Volume: Fast‑paced environment handling approximately 350 breakfast and 800 lunch transactions daily.

Lead a structured brigade of 21 staff members, including 13 chefs and 8 kitchen porters.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and elevate multiple vibrant food stations—Street Live Cooking, Asian Live Cooking, a Mediterranean protein & healthy station, and a premium sandwich offer.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a skilled kitchen team.
- Ensure every station is stocked with the finest ingredients and dishes are presented consistently and excellently.
- Maintain seamless daily operations, strict food safety standards, and high efficiency during peak service times.
