This is a unique opportunity for a Head Chef to join this relatively new, yet rapidly growing business. As Head Chef, you will help to deliver consistently high standards; the nature of the business means that the majority of the work is production focused. However, you will still be working with the finest ingredients to create modern dishes, taking inspiration from different cuisines, for UHNW clientele.
The role of Head Chef:

- Work with the Founder to develop and maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage procurement and sourcing of premium produce and specialty ingredients.
- Lead a small team of Chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
We are looking for a Head Chef who:
- Has leadership experience in Michelin standard restaurants and quality catering environments, ideally with a mixture of cuisines.
- Experience with production would be beneficial, yet not essential.
- Possesses excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Has availability to work 5 days out of 7 days (straight shifts), every other weekend off.
- Is flexible to meet the needs of changeable requirements.
- A strong eye for detail and a commitment to food safety, hygiene and dietary requirements.
