My client is looking for an experienced Head Chef to join this fantastic restaurant operation in the heart of the City of London. Leading a brigade of up to 15 Chefs on the rota, the Head Chef will be tasked with managing the team, creating delicious and seasonal menus. The offering is a dynamic and informal dining experience featuring a cold deli, freshly made pizzas to order and a selection of meat, fish and vegan dishes.
The site is open Monday to Sunday, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. At peak, the restaurant will serve 1000 customers per day. This role is a 5 out of 7 contract, which involves both evenings and weekends on a 45-hour contract. The salary for this Head Chef position is up to £48k plus a potential 10% bonus.
