A leading contract caterer in London is looking for a confident, energetic and passionate Head Chef to work at a newly acquired contract in London. Working within a brigade of 4 chefs plus a kitchen porter, you will serve around 250 covers Monday to Friday and around 100 covers on weekends in the staff restaurant. There is also a big push on events in the evenings and weekends, where overtime will be paid.

The salary for the Head Chef role is £46,000 per annum, plus paid overtime at 1.5 times the hourly rate, making a package of over £50,000 more than achievable. This is a 5 out of 7 position, so there is weekend work involved.
