We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to join a busy, food‑led pub in Surrey with a strong local following. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading a small team and making sure guests have a genuinely great experience.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running the day‑to‑day restaurant operation
  • Leading service from the front
  • Managing and motivating the FOH team
  • Handling rotas, stock and general organization
  • Working closely with the kitchen to keep service smooth
