A new high-end restaurant and bar is looking for a Guest Relations & Reservations Manager to lead a team of 7, covering all guest communications and booking operations. It’s a fast-paced, high-volume venue where service standards really matter. You’ll be responsible for making sure every shift runs smoothly, every guest is looked after properly, and the team is sharp, focused, and on point. You’ll also be working closely with the senior team on VIPs, table plans, guest care, and events. So confidence, organisation, and people skills are key.
