Central London Head Office are looking to recruit an executive floor Restaurant Manager. The floor is open Monday to Thursday for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and Fridays for breakfast and lunch. With approximately 200 covers per day, the environment is less about volume and entirely about precision, discretion, and exceptional standards. The space includes a lounge bar, private dining rooms, and a 50-cover restaurant—currently accommodating around 120 guests. This is a highly visible role. You’ll regularly host senior partners and executive leadership, with the companies CEO and other board members frequenting the floor. They also collaborate with renowned guest chefs and welcome high-profile visitors, including former Prime Ministers and members of the Royal Family.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of 10 hospitality professionals
  • Maintain exceptional service standards across all service periods
  • Act as the face of the operation when hosting senior stakeholders and VIP guests
  • Oversee service in the restaurant, private dining rooms, and lounge bar
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver a seamless food and service experience
  • Manage bookings, service flow, and operational logistics
  • Ensure the highest levels of professionalism, discretion, and presentation
