This is a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of an all day dining brasserie style restaurant, situated in an affluent West London neighbourhood.
As Head Chef, you’ll be instrumental helping to ensure the continued exceptional standards and reputation. You’ll work with quality seasonal ingredients to create European cuisine.
- Circa 48 hours – 5/7 days per week.

The Person
Previous experience within busy reputable 1-2 AA Rosette + standard restaurants as a Head Chef, as well as sound knowledge of European Cuisine.
An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a close-knit team of Chefs, BOH team members and Apprentice Chefs.
Sound financial awareness with experience of being accountable for P&Ls and Food Cost. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
