We’re recruiting a Pastry Chef for an independently owned ‘all-day dining’ café, restaurant & Deli, serving a variety of locally sourced, seasonal produce.

The venue operates 7 days a week, offering both indoor and extensive outdoor dining options during the summer months. You’ll be joining a close-knit team of passionate professionals, led by an Executive Chef with a wealth of industry experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous role as a Pastry Sous or Pastry Chef De Partie within busy produce-driven fresh food restaurants, hotels, bakeries or patisseries
  • Knowledge of a variety of cakes, tarts, biscuits and basic breads
  • Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP
  • Availability to work up to 45 hours per week, mostly day shifts
