We are currently recruiting for a General Manager for an independently owned, fresh food led, Delicatessen, Bakery & Restaurant on the outskirts of Cirencester. The venue is open between 9am and 5pm in the winter months and between 9am and 8pm during the summer period, and is set over two floors, with 40 seats inside and a further 70 seats on a summer terrace. The operation comprises a mixture of retail dining and full table service.
Our client is looking to appoint an ‘entrepreneurial, ambitious, “hands‑on” General Manager, who is able to demonstrate a stable and progressive background, to their current role of General Manager, gained in ‘all day dining’ and fresh food‑led Food & Beverage operations.
The successful candidate for the role will be responsible for all aspects of the operation, including managing a team of 15/20 front‑of‑house personnel. This role will work alongside a talented Executive Chef, and will report directly to the business founders.
This is an exciting and extremely rare opportunity for an experienced General Manager to take over this independently owned Delicatessen, Bakery & Restaurant, and play a key role in the future success of this ambitious business, with potential expansion plans.
