Collins King & Associates is seeking a Sous Chef for an All Day Dining Bistro in the United Kingdom. You’ll support the Head Chef in running a busy kitchen, oversee Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Dinner services, and work with fresh, seasonal ingredients on a globally influenced menu.
