We are looking for a chef de partie to join our team cooking critically acclaimed Michelin Bib Gourmand awarded Indian and European fusion cuisine for a 50 seat restaurant serving up to 80 covers per service including a chefs table.
Located in central London close to Bond street tube station. We are open 6 days per week (Closed on Mondays) our team work 50 hours per week across 7 shifts. We are offering a salary package of up to £26.
Joining a team of 6 chefs, our menus are an eclectic mix of modern Indian and European cuisine we produce everything fresh on site using high quality seasonal produce. Working from a spacious and well stocked modern, semi open kitchen.
The ideal candidate must have an interest and basic understanding of spices; training will be given by the chef patron and head chef.
