We are recruiting an experienced Multi-Outlet General Manager to join a luxury five-star hotel in Hertfordshire.
This is a senior F&B leadership role overseeing multiple outlets across the hotel. The position is more strategic than hands-on , with a focus on developing managers, driving standards and improving commercial performance across the operation.
The Role: Oversee the performance of multiple F&B outlets
Lead and develop outlet managers and their teams
Drive revenue, profitability and operational performance
Manage labour, costs and budgets
Maintain high standards of service across all outlets
Identify opportunities to improve the guest experience and commercial results
Work closely with the senior hotel leadership and kitchen teams
About You: Strong experience managing a high-volume F&B operation
Multi-outlet management experience
Experience working to a minimum 2 AA Rosette standard
Luxury hotel or premium hospitality background
Strong commercial and financial awareness
Experience managing and developing other managers
Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards
