Spa Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Spa Manager to join a prestigious luxury hotel and spa destination in Hertfordshire. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of an established, high-end operation with extensive spa, wellness and private members facilities. About the Role Reporting to the Director of Spa, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the spa, ensuring guests and members receive an exceptional and personalised experience at every touchpoint. You will lead the Spa Front of House team while maintaining the highest operational and service standards across the facilities. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be visible on the spa floor, supporting the team and ensuring the operation runs smoothly and efficiently. You will also support the commercial performance of the spa, including budgets, labour costs, financial reporting and retail sales, while overseeing recruitment, training and ongoing team development. About You You will have previous spa management experience , ideally gained within a luxury hotel, resort or private members spa environment. You will be a confident and engaging leader with strong people-management skills and experience recruiting, training and developing high-performing teams. Commercial awareness is equally important, with an understanding of budgets, retail sales and financial performance. Above all, you will be highly guest-focused, organised and hands-on, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional spa experiences. TPBN1_UKCT
