This is a fantastic new opportunity for a Sous Chef to join an award-winning pub and restaurant, which is part of a highly successful group. As Sous Chef, you'll be instrumental in the overall running of a busy kitchen. You'll work with the best quality seasonal British produce from bespoke suppliers, with the opportunity to contribute your ideas towards changing menus.
£55,000-£60,000 Circa 48 hours per week West London Expanding group
The Person:
- Previous experience within quality 1-2 AA Rosette + restaurants as either a Sous Chef or a Junior Sous Chef ready for progression.
- Sound knowledge of seasonal British/European Cuisine.
- An interest in butchery/cooking over fire would be desirable, yet not essential.
- An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a close-knit team of Chefs.
- Sound financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing.
- Proficient training in Food Safety, Health.
