We're looking for a Head Pastry Chef for an award-winning country house hotel in Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with an accomplished Executive Pastry Chef and Executive Chef, who will support your continued career development and potential onward progression.

Leading a team of 6-8 Pastry Chefs, typically working 48 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days.
