Cooking for a corporate clientele, you will stretch fresh dough, balance high-quality toppings, and bake to order, bringing real artisanal quality and speed to the daily lunch rush.

- Salary: £35,500 per annum
- Location: Central London
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Enjoy an excellent work-life balance with free evenings and weekends)
- Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Volume: Focusing on the preparation of 40 to 60 freshly made pizzas alongside ready-made pizzas
- Team: Working within a dedicated, structured team of 10 kitchen members
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the daily pizza section, making fresh dough from scratch, preparing homemade sauces, and prepping top-tier fresh ingredients every morning.
- Hand-stretch, top, and bake 40 to 60 fresh pizzas to order plus ready-made pizzas during peak service times, keeping the counter dynamic, well-stocked, and visually impressive.
